Content Ownership

Members retain ownership of all content they upload to KildareFamily.com, including photographs, stories, and biographical information. By uploading content, you grant the Kildare Family Association a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, store, and distribute that content within the platform for the purpose of operating the family website.

You may request the removal of your uploaded content at any time by contacting an administrator.

Family Tree Contributions

Family tree submissions (including new entries, corrections, and biographical details) are submitted for review by family administrators. Submissions may be edited for accuracy, clarity, or consistency before being published. Administrators reserve the right to approve, modify, or decline any family tree contribution.

Privacy

Your use of KildareFamily.com is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the site, you consent to the practices described in that policy.

Account Suspension and Termination

Family administrators reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms of Service or engages in conduct deemed harmful to the family community. Where possible, members will be notified of the reason for any suspension and given an opportunity to address the issue.
